In the interest of providing you with the best possible service, we strongly recommend a thorough review of our terms and conditions. Once accepted, any expenses incurred with public or private entities, such as reservations for attractions, hotels, and transportation services, among others, are irreversible. While it’s possible that your experience may vary from local customs and practices concerning service provision, please rest assured that we are fully committed to resolving any issues that may arise, ensuring your trip is a resounding success without any undue burden placed on your shoulders.

We deeply appreciate your trust in our services and are dedicated to making your journey a memorable and hassle-free experience.

Once you have booked our tours or treks, the service is 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. Once the reservation has been made, no refund can be made; as the main services are contracted to third parties such as government and private entities, we cannot change any reservation details (reservation dates, passport information, etc.), and it is not allowed to transfer the reservation to other clients, except for the tours to Rainbow Mountain, Humantay Lake, etc. More information is available at info@allynpachaperutours.com.

Ensuring a seamless experience with a 100% Peruvian company

We are a proud Peruvian company, fully compliant with national laws. To reserve your adventure tour, please provide full passport details and a copy of your passport. A deposit of $200 USD per person is required for most tours and half of the total cost for day tours. Thank you for entrusting us with your travel plans. We are committed to making your Peruvian adventure unforgettable.

At Allyn Pacha, we’re committed to creating experiences that will stay with you forever. To secure your reservation and ensure that you join us on this remarkable journey, we request the following:
Reservation Deposit: A deposit of US$200 is required to reserve your space. Payments can be made via PayPal and Visa. Please note that there will be an additional 7% merchant fee for these payment methods, which will need to be covered by the traveler.
Review Terms and Conditions: We strongly advise a thorough review of our Terms and Conditions before making any payments. Once the booking is confirmed, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

The remaining balance of your total payment will be settled during an in-person meeting one to two days before your trek, typically at your hotel. We will notify you one week in advance to coordinate the time; however, if needed, it can be arranged the day before at 7:00 p.m.

Please be prepared to make the balance payment in USD cash or Peruvian or local currency, ensuring that the bills are in good condition (not broken or damaged). It’s important to note that failure to confirm a complete payment prior to your journey may regrettably result in the cancellation of your experience.
