We had a wonderful experience with Elistan on the 4 day / 3 night Luxury Inca Trail Trek. Communication was excellent in the lead up, and we had an awesome time with Elistan and his group on the trail. He organized everything for us, and was able to accommodate some last minute itinerary changes on our side. The food was fantastic, and Elistan kept us entertained with his incredible knowledge of Peruvian / Inca history, and plant and animal info. Highly recommend using Allyn Pacha for a more personal service! We ended up taking another tour with Elistan the following day, and recommending to a friend who visited Machu Picchu with Elistan the day after. 10/10

Elistan is the best
Elistan was a great guide! We had the pleasure of having Elistan as our guide on this salkantey trek. Elistan was very knowledge about the culture and nature and took good care of us. I was unfortunately sick most of the trip, but Elistan did everything he could to still give us a good trip. He seems to know everyone on the trek and is very likeable. We enjoyed the entire trip with him and give him our best recommendation. Do yourself the favour and book with him instead of the big companies.

The entire experience was pure luxury for a backpacking trip. We had 2 porters per hiker, a fine dining chef, and the most esteemed guide, navigating us through the challenging route. We were treated like royalty and couldn’t have asked for a more attentive crew. We also booked day tours before and after the Inca Trail. Eli went above and beyond to make our tours special. He was always energized, positive, and encouraging - we affectionately called him our hype man throughout the trip! My group did mainly the premium Inca trail along with other day trips. This was one of the best experiences Ive ever had. Beyond the amazing views and history you get with the different tours, the service is outstanding. Eli went above and beyond every day for us and I cant recommend his company enough. Well worth every penny!Side note, bring warm layers and many of us had success with prescribed altitude pills from our doctors.

This is an incredible tour company. Very thoughtful and caring. I felt so safe with them, and they think of everything so you don't have to. An amazing experience! They aren't a corporation, they do not try and upsell or over charge. They are experts of the area and the tours and were so respected that they started their own company. PLEASE BOOK WITH THEM!!Also, I did their Wachuma ceremony offered on their website. Incredible experience. Do your research on what the ceremony is all about, but it is so worth it!! Bring an item of personal value that you carry with you so you can offer it during the ceremony. You will get it back no worries, I just felt dumb handing them my phone as it was the only personal item I had brought. They make it very safe and put you in an incredible environment. Just great people and I miss them!

A trip that will change your life
I will refrain from writing a book, but this is one of those opportunities that you need to take at least once in your life.THIS IS THE BEST PRICED TOUR YOU WILL FINDI want to start off by mentioning that you NEED to message the tour operator on whatsapp prior to booking because they need to confirm ticket availability to Machu Pichu. If you are booking this last minute (like my girlfriend and I did) they are able to alter the itinerary to fit what you would like to do with what they offer if Machu Pichu is not available.From start to finish, Elistan (the guide) was in constant communication with us ensuring we had the proper gear, and gave us hotel recommendations as well that would hold our luggage while we were on the trekThe accommodations along the way were excellent, and the food was top notch! Elistan was stopped by every guide and shop owner along the way because he was a legend to all of them. Not even kidding, at one point the former mayor of a town gave us free passion fruit because he liked Elistan. He is a very important man in that community, and it showed with all of the accommodations, priority seating at restaurants, and room upgrades when available.What I learned along the trek is that this tour is offered through multiple different corporations, but Allyn Pacha is the only private company that is not there to make a buck off of you. They are their to help you, and in the case of our trek, I owe Elistan my life for how much he had helped me on that journey. Offering different horse options and taxi service if you are unable to walk.I have done a lot of travel in my life, and this experience was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. If you have the opportunity to do this trek, do not hesitate and do it! I am a better person because of it, and I will miss my time up on that mountain. Can't wait to do it again. I am proud to say I completed the trek. YOUR TURN!p.s. I am a larger individual who does not have much hiking experience, and my girlfriend occasionally can do an hour on the treadmill. This hike was difficult, but my only recommendation is to please take altitude medication prior to your arrival in Cusco, and please arrive in Cusco 2 days early to get acclimated to the altitude. We had arrived the night before the hike, and it made things VERY difficult, but we persevered, and you can make it through too!

Great guide in a magical place!
I had a guided visit with Eli at Machu Piccu. He is a wonderful guide, spent a lot of time with me, explained many structures in the citadel and also inka history. Allowed me to take tons of pictures and did not rush me. I really enjoyed my visit with Eli besides the magic of the place. Would highly tecommend this company and Eli as your guide!
