At Allyn Pacha Peru Travel, we strive to provide our clients with the best possible travel experience. However, due to the regulations of the Ministry of Culture of Peru and the operating companies involved (such as train operators, hotels, and local service providers), certain services are strictly non-refundable. Please read our policies carefully:
Once purchased, Machu Picchu entrance tickets and Inca Trail permits are non-refundable and non-transferable, as mandated by the Ministry of Culture of Peru.
Name or date changes are not allowed.
Train tickets are subject to the policies of the operating companies.
In most cases, they are non-refundable but can be rebooked with a penalty fee depending on availability.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date: refund of 70% (excluding non-refundable fees such as permits or tickets already issued).
Cancellations between 15 and 29 days before the tour start date: refund of 50%.
Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before the tour start date: refund of 30%.
Cancellations within 6 days or less before the tour start date: no refund.
Subject to each provider’s policies. Some hotels or local services may apply additional penalties or allow rebooking.
Allyn Pacha Peru Travel is not responsible for cancellations caused by natural disasters, strikes, social protests, government decisions, or any other external event beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide support for rescheduling or alternatives when possible, but refunds are not guaranteed.
