Can I Change My Departure Date After Booking the Lares Trek 4 Days Tour?
Unfortunately, changing your departure date for the Lares Trek 4 days or Lares trek with Machu Picchu is not possible. Once your reservation is confirmed, train tickets, Machu Picchu access, and other permits will be secured. The Peruvian government strictly regulates these permits, which are non-transferable and non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your Lares Trek 4 Days Machu Picchu, please note that the deposit is non-refundable.
Do I Need to Bring My Passport for the Lares Trek 4 Days Hike?
Yes! Presenting your original passport is mandatory for the Lares trek booking process. You’ll need it at the starting point of your trek, for boarding the train to Aguas Calientes, checking into your hotel, and entering Machu Picchu. It’s essential that you bring the same passport used to make the reservation for your Lares Trek summit. If you are renewing your passport, kindly send us a copy of your old one as soon as possible and bring both documents with you to ensure smooth entry.
Can I Store My Luggage at Your Office During the Lares Trek Tour?

What Is the Schedule of My Train Ticket?
We’ve booked your train ticket from Ollantaytambo to Aguas Calientes on Day 3 at 7:00 PM. On the following day, you’ll return in the afternoon, allowing ample time for your hike and visit to Machu Picchu. Train services include the Expedition or Voyager trains, with a recommended return time from Aguas Calientes train station between 2:30 – 2:55 PM, arriving at Ollantaytambo station at 4:40 PM. Train reservation depends on availability, so it is highly recommended to book your Lares Trek Machu Picchu tickets well in advance to secure your spot for this incredible adventure.
